Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, along with your phone number, project type, and budget range if you provide them. We also receive any information you choose to send us by email or phone.

Information collected automatically. Our website host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.

Some of our service providers are based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed outside The Bahamas.

Our website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The Google map on our Contact page may set cookies under Google's Privacy Policy. Our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Houzz are covered by those platforms' own policies.

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as our professional and legal record-keeping obligations require.
