Design Intent
The house is organized to keep the beach in view from the principal rooms, with sun and garden terraces stepping between the interior and the shoreline. Xeriscaped planting reduces irrigation demand across the grounds, rainwater cisterns support the household, and a separate four-bedroom guest cottage keeps visitors close without crowding the main house. The scheme targets LEED Silver certification.
